Housekeeping seemed rushed, as my bed sheets were put on incorrectly, which led to them coming off during the night. The thin walls allowed me to hear noise from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to sleep. My request for a quieter room went ignored. The tipping jar for self-service breakfast felt unnecessary and off-putting. Overall, while there were positive aspects, the areas needing improvement affected my experience significantly.

The King Room was super comfy with a huge bathroom. It had a Hearing accessible feature that was really helpful. The breakfast options were awesome and the staff were fantastic. The pool looked nice but I didn't get to use it. Overall, great place!
